Cancellation and Terms - Steinergut Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You have the option to purchase travel insurance directly at the time of booking.

If you choose to purchase travel insurance, the premium will be charged to the policyholder.

Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show	90% of the total price
Cancellation up to and including 7 days before arrival	75% of the total price
Cancellation up to and including 21 days before arrival	25% of the total price

After each booking, a deposit of 25% of the total stay price (excluding final cleaning and tourist tax) is required.

Check-In: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Check-Out: by 10:00 AM
